Shipping Policy

We currently provide shipping throughout the United States. 

Local Pickup is no longer an option with online orders; however, our Soap Shop on the farm is open by appointment only. Please call 864-834-9317 to make arrangements.

We encourage customers to purchase our soap at the Travelers Rest Farmers Market, held each Saturday May thru September, at our farm events throughout the year, and at local stores throughout the Upstate.

There is much happening on the farm all day long so all on-farm sales need to be scheduled for your safety. Since this is a working farm, we ask that you kindly refrain from petting the goats or wandering the property when coming to the Soap Shop.

All shipped orders go out within 4-6 business days; however, we kindly ask for your patience during the Spring kidding season! We typically use USPS Priority Mail. Please keep in mind that the arrival of your order is subject to the shipping agency schedule and efficiency. Red Clay Soap is not responsible for your shipment once it leaves our facility and cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

$7.00: 3 Bars

$8.25: 4-8 Bars

$9.00: 9-16 Bars

$10.00: 17-20 Bars

$11.00: 21-24 Bars

$12.00: 25-40 Bars

$16.00: 41-60 Bars

$18.00: 61-75 Bars

$20.00: 76-84 Bars

Account Questions

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Facebook Pay.

You can manage your account and view past orders under the account icon in the main menu.

You can subscribe to become a Red Clay Club member. You can customize your subscription in three ways: which soaps you'd like to receive, how many you'd like to receive, and whether they arrive monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months.

You can manage your subscription, including pausing or cancelling orders, and updating your credit card information under the account icon in the main menu.

Returns and Exchanges

In order to ensure the integrity of our soaps and be mindful of personal hygiene, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an error with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.
