Plan a Farm Event

Want a field trip to the farm? Maybe a birthday party or a special occasion that needs a unique setting? Here are some details to help you plan.
FIELD TRIP
Educational field trips can be up to 25 people, typically ages 5 and older, with a minimum fee of $150.  We have hosted many groups including public schools, home schools, special needs and nursing homes. Since this is a working farm, children 2 and under cannot "free range" but should remain in a stroller or in someone's arms. Field trips typically begin at 10:30 AM and last 2 hours. They include a meet and greet with the goats, soap making demo, goat milk fudge and cheese tasting, games and story time when appropriate. Autographed copies of Rachel’s original book Nater Tot are available at a discount and guests leave with a sample of Red Clay Soap.

Participant cost is $10 per person ages 3 and up. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis and a $50 non-refundable deposit will reserve your date. Event Waiver required. Please use the contact form below.

BIRTHDAY PARTY or SPECIAL OCCASION

We can customize your event to accommodate your particular celebration. Private events can be up to 100 participants. Cost is typically $10 per person ages 3 and up with a minimum fee of $250 for 2 hours, including visits with the baby and adult goats, farm-style bean-bag toss, fun sheets, and a decorative photo op area. Farm benches, picnic tables with tablecloths and tablescapes, and a 15' counter with power will meet your service needs. Playlist music and sound system are also included. We offer party favors for an additional fee: autographed copies of Rachel’s original book Nater Tot at a discount and/or 2 oz. Red Clay Soap bars with customized labels.
